Booster Returns

Boosters purchased from Kalogon may be returned within 90 days of delivery to the customer if they are in their original, sealed packaging.

All standard returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If Booster is being returned for a warranty reason, refunds and replacements will be provided upon product being returned to Kalogon for evaluation.

Boosters that have been opened are subject to a 50% restocking fee within 90 days of delivery to the customer if they are in their original condition.

All Booster returns or warranty requests require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Kalogon. No products returned without prior authorization and this number attached will be accepted. RA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Orbiter Classic and Orbiter Med Product Returns

Orbiter Classic and Orbiter Med cushions may be returned within 180 days from the original date of shipment. Please keep the original box and all packing materials for your return.

Orbiter Classic returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will only be refunded if the product is in its original condition.

Orbiter Med cushions subject to a 50% restocking fee. This applies for modifications requested after the delivery of the initial cushion, general desire to return, or anything similar.

For warranty requests, please contact Kalogon to have your item replaced. You will be asked to return your original item and it will be subject to Kalogon review of the issue.
